This special service is being offered to those living in SCADhome housing for the Summer Quarter and who will need their belongings transferred to their new Fall Quarter housing assignment.
How does it work?
- This service is available to students who have previously taken advantage of Campus Carriers for short-term storage after the Spring Quarter and before moving into housing for the Summer Quarter. Note that in some instances, having previously used Campus Carriers is not a requirement, but must be coordinated directly with Campus Carriers Support.
- The fee for transfer of belongings from Summer Quarter housing to Fall Quarter housing is $299. Note that a $299 fee will be applied to your Campus Carriers Account and must be paid prior to this arrangement being finalized.
- Please note that the items you prepare for pickup must be identical to the items that you had Campus Carriers initially deliver to your Summer Housing Assignment. Otherwise, additional fees may apply.
- Your belongings will be picked up as part of our Post-Pickup Process, so you will not need to be present for pickup. You will instead be able to check out your summer housing assignment and leave your belongings prepared according to the Next Steps outlined below.

- Go to CampusCarriers.com to log into your My Account section and pay the fee for this service arrangement.
- Pack your belongings according to the Packing Tips and Instructions, with the following exception:
Campus Carriers will NOT be providing boxes or tape as part of this special program. If you choose to store boxes, you must include them in your Reservation, but you must procure your own boxes for packing your belongings. Another suitable option would be to select Plastic Bins when placing your Reservation and procuring them from popular retailers.

Large Boxes from Lowes Home Improvement
Large Boxes from Home Depot
20"x20"x20" Boxes from Fedex - Label your items using a piece of paper cut to size and taped to each of your items. Please include your FULL NAME and RESERVATION ID found in your My Account section at CampusCarriers.com. Different from other Campus Carriers services, these will be pieces of paper with this information written by you, unlike official printed Campus Carriers labels.
- Take photos for your record of all of your belongings neatly stacked within your residence hall room. You will NOT be completing the Final Check as referenced in the Packing Tips and Instructions for this service.
