To maximize the convenience and benefit of choosing Campus Carriers, we work directly with your university and campus staff to coordinate the pick up of your belongings after you've checked out of your residence hall room. Not having to schedule a day and time for our team to come and pick up your belongings in the midst of final exams and campus move-out is one of the greatest conveniences of our program.
Leading up to your move-out day, you'll prepare your belongings for Post-Pickup by following our Packing Tips and Instructions for each of your items. Once you've finished preparing your items, you'll complete a Final Inventory Check to make sure you've provided us with all the information needed to complete the pick up of your belongings. After you've completed your Inventory Check, you'll check out of your residence hall following your university's standard procedure, knowing your belongings will be picked up and safely transported to our facility for secure summer-long storage.
In rare instances where Post-Pickup can't be coordinated, we will contact you to schedule a Pick Up Date and Time that is convenient for your schedule, where our team will meet you to pick up your belongings. This is rare and usually would only occur due to some logistical reason determined by your university. Nearly every one of the students we serve will enjoy the luxury of Post-Pickup.
