Are you planning on studying abroad? Or maybe just not going to be in Savannah for Winter Break or Winter Quarter? Need a place to store your things while you're away?
We are offering a special pick up in November, following your checkout from your residence hall, and as part of our Post-Pickup procedures. Campus Carriers will pick up your items directly from your residence hall, store them, and deliver them back when you return to campus or to an off-campus apartment or house in Savannah.
The DEADLINE for reserving this service is Friday, November 14, 2025 at 5pm.
How does it work?
- Simply start by reserving your space with Campus Carriers as normal at http://www.CampusCarriers.com/add-items
- Please note that since this November program is separate from our regular Summer Storage service, there may be some references to "Summer Storage" noted throughout the Reservation Process. You can ignore these "Summer" references as they do not apply to the November service.
- Select from our list all the items you plan to have us pick up in November and store (i.e., mini-fridge, bicycle, desk hutch, plastic bins, plastic drawers, etc.)
IMPORTANT: Campus Carriers will NOT be providing boxes or tape as part of this special program in November. If you choose to store boxes, you must select them when placing your Reservation, but you must procure your own boxes for packing your belongings. Another suitable option would be to select Plastic Bins when placing your Reservation and procure them from popular retailers.
Suitable boxes include:
Large Boxes from Lowes Home Improvement
Large Boxes from Home Depot
20"x20"x20" Boxes from Fedex
Generally, all boxes should be suitable for moving and stacking and should be as close as possible to the 24"x 18 " x 16" dimension/4 cu. ft.
Plastic bins from Amazon.com, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, and Target are permitted if they are suitable for moving and stacking and do not exceed 25 Gallons or 40 Gallons, depending on the option you choose when placing your Reservation. -
THE BELOW ACTION IS REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR NOVEMBER PICK UP AND STORAGE OF YOUR BELONGINGS.
Once you have completed a reservation, YOU MUST COMPLETE the remaining REQUIRED items you see under the Next Steps section of your My Account, when logged in at http://www.campuscarriers.com/my-account. YOU MUST SELECT your Expected Checkout Date from one of the November options to participate in this special November service. - IMPORTANT: Additional fees will apply based on when you'd like your stored belongings delivered. The price you pay when placing your Reservation now will include pickup in November and storage through the Winter Quarter, until the beginning of the Spring Quarter. Storage of your belongings can be extended beyond the Winter Quarter, but will incur an additional fee of $299/Quarter of Extended Storage.
Final Steps After Placing a Reservation:
- Login to your My Account section to complete the Next Steps listed within: https://www.campuscarriers.com/my-account
- Print your own labels. These labels are specific to you and your Reservation and must be adhered to each item on your Reservation by following our Instructions for Labeling Your Items.

Adhere your printed labels to your items. Once you've downloaded and printed your Item Labels, you must adhere them to each item on your Reservation by following our Instructions for Labeling Your Items.
Please note that just as we will not be providing other packing materials like tape and boxes for this November service, we will NOT be providing Oversized Item Tags or Label Sleeves referenced within the instructions. Instead, please use your own tape to adhere your printed labels to each of your items.
- Review our Packing Tips and Instructions, and be sure to prepare your belongings according to these instructions.
- Complete your Final Inventory Check. Just before checking out of your residence hall, and only once all your belongings are packed and labeled accordingly, you must complete your Final Inventory Check.
